Surgeon, scientist and entrepreneur, with more than 15 years experience in working with gastroenterological patients, clinical trials coordination and surveillance. As medical advisor in Pfizer Adam was an expert in infectious diseases, antibiotic and anti-fungal therapies and patient compliance. Later in Takeda he served as International Coordinator for clinical trials in gastroenterological diseases. Co-Inventor of patents, experienced in conductance of the patenting processes under EPO & PCT procedures and in the registration processes (human & vet products) in front EFSA & EMEA.
Mariusz Cięciara

Senior manager with over 15 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry in international markets. Mariusz has contributed to various entrepreneurial projects as a founding & managing partner in human and veterinary medicine. A co-author of a few patents. At Probiome, he’s a strategic investor and Board Member responsible for product development as well as future commercialization of products.

Biotechnologist, Technology Scout. Co-inventor of patents, experienced in developing projects merging science and business. Laureate of two international fellowships – at Sorbonne Université Pierre et Marie Curie in Paris and at Osaka University in Japan. She gained certificate “The European Technology Transfer Manager”. Laureate of Businesswoman of the Year 2020 in Poland in Leader of Innovative Technologies category. Interested in commercialization of innovative compounds to pharma and cosmetic industry.

Possess Certificat d’Aptitude a l’Administration des Entreprises (CAAE) diploma. CEO and Head of Research and Development of OASIS Diagnostics SA. Former assistant professor at the Department of General and Gastrointestinal Surgery of the CMKP prof. Orłowski’s Hospital.

Doctoral degree gained in Centre of Molecular and Macromolecular Studies, PAS. Laureate of Women in Science competition (polish edition) organized by L’Oreal and UNESCO. Assistant professor at Institute of Molecular and Industrial Biotechnology at Lodz University of Technology.
